Enhanced digital advertising for multi-dealership car retail group
Our specialist PPC agency in the North of England was approached to solve a challenge to improve the performance and reduce the costs associated with the maintenance of used vehicle digital ads across a muti-dealership new and used vehicle retail group.
Working directly with the CMO of the $1bn+ business, they were challenged to establish a deliverable system to improve the performance of the Groups’ seven-figure Google ad spend, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to test pricing and relative competition across a defined geographic region.
Working with tools proven in aspects of their previous activity for other clients in the UK, they were able to devise, test and deploy a new process of managing daily stock ads for over 30 dealerships, focused on the used inventory of more than 2,000 units on average.
The client can now launch multiple versions of ads simultaneously generated by AI and moderated by the marketing team, price check all major competitors across advertised equivalent vehicles and automate the recommendation of pricing changes.
Delivered over an initial 6-month campaign, the agency has reduced marketing team workload by 2.5 days per week, freeing up valuable resource, and has reduced the CPA of enquiries in large by delivering a significant uplift in conversion of click and browse to contact.
